We run Muay Thai classes every Tuesday and Thursday evening at 6:00pm for up to 10 people and offer personal training sessions for individuals and private groups. Whether you're an experienced fighter preparing for competition or a complete beginner looking to try something new, our coaches will get you on the right path to achieve your goals.

Strength & Conditioning sessions focus on foundational lifts and functional movements, with a CrossFit-inspired approach to training. Available through personal training only, these sessions are designed to improve strength, build muscle, enhance mobility, and increase overall work capacity through structured, progressive programming.
Personal training is the best way to accelerate your progress and stay committed to your goals. Both of our coaches offer 1:1 and small group personal training sessions, in martial arts as well as strength & conditioning. Sessions are tailored to each individual's ability level and training objectives, and can blend multiple disciplines (eg. boxing + fitness training).
